Chapter President Dale Ross presents a certificate of appreciation to Placer County Deputy District Attorney Dave Tellman.

Tellman was the guest speaker at Gold Country Chapter’s February 16th where he gave a presentation on the murder case against the convicted Paul Kovacich.

Tellman previously received the SAR Law Enforcement Award from Gold Country Chapter in 2012 and agreed to return and give a detailed presentation regarding the case. For more information on those awards and others who were honored, please see the November 2012 Chapter Newsletter.
